name is Sharlyne Gooding and this is episode 1 of The Gooding Report
on M.A.E.G T.V. The Focus of today’s show is Madison Avenue Entertainment Group; A company that is not only involved in the production and management of models, music, books, film, clothing and digital content, but is also deeply rooted in public advocacy and social activism. Madison Avenue Entertainment Group (or its acronym, MAEG) was started in 2007 by Nicholas Zimmerman ; an innocent prisoner convicted in 2002 of a crime he did not commit. Mr. Zimmerman created the company as a way to self-publish his manuscript about his wrongful conviction. However, the New York State Department of Corrections used a State law that prohibits prisoners from running a business against Mr. Zimmerman to hamper his efforts to formulate the company and produce the book. Because of Mr. Zimmerman's insistence to continue to promote the book and the company on the internet from his cell, he was held in solitary confinement for 15 years and faced decades of harassment, destructive cell searches, hunger strikes, physical and mental torture, denials of visitation, mail tampering, and false disciplinary infractions, among other things. After years of filing grievances and lawsuits against the department of corrections asserting that his First Amendment Rights to Freedom Of Speech were being violated because prison officials were retaliating against him by holding him in solitary for writing a book and promoting his company, Mr. Zimmerman was released from solitary in 2018 and has not been given any new infractions regarding MAEG since his release.

During his stay in solitary confinement, with the help of friends and family, Mr. Zimmerman managed to produce, manufacture and distribute his first book My Side of The Story - The Investigation - Part 1 under Madison Avenue Entertainment Group. Later, he re-released his album "Puzz Pacino Presents: New York’s illest" that he originally recorded before his incarceration. He also created the company's website WWW.TheMAEGMovement.com and its social media pages.

Today the corporation has its hands full with promoting its subsidiary companies HOT MAMA Modeling, The FOCIS Paralegal & Advocacy Group, The Prisoner Gallery, MACC Clothing, MAEG Music and its main priority, www.FreeNicholasZimmerman.com. The Movement to Free Nicholas Zimmerman recently discovered a new issue in Mr. Zimmerman's case that entitles him to immediate release. Besides the fact that Mr. Zimmerman was intentionally convicted of a crime he did not commit, it has now come to light that his sentence was illegally calculated by the New York State Department of Corrections and that he has actually been held in prison for seven additional years past his maximum release date. Because of this new finding, his friends and family are now advocating day and night to have him released immediately!
